Working with Walker Sewer and Drains was such a great experience! The owner, Stephen, pays attention to detail, is very thorough, and genuinely cares about his customers. He also has knowledge and expertise well beyond plumbing.

I originally called him for a leak in my ceiling that I thought was a plumbing issue. He explored several options first as he really didn’t want to put holes in my ceiling, but he had no choice. After opening up my ceiling, he found that it was actually my HVAC system leaking from the attic. Now with two huge holes in my ceiling, I was freaking out. He told me not to worry! He said get the HVAC repaired and I’ll take care of the rest…and that he did!

Stephen had a mold remediation company come out and remediate first and then from there my ceiling was patched up, primed, and painted. Molding was also replaced. The rooms looked better than before! Walker Sewer and Drains was a one stop shop for me, and I’m truly grateful I reached out. You won’t be disappointed!

Stephen has been helping my family for a couple of years now. He installed a natural gas line, hooked up our grill, installed a dishwasher (last minute when Home Depot couldn’t do it), and most recently repaired a pipe leak that caused unexpected water damage. In this most recent situation, Stephen arrived first thing in the morning to help the leak. When it was clear that this was going to be a bigger project, he referred me to a water damage restoration company to assist. I would recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing services. Stephen is responsive, efficient, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, a very nice person, and patient with all of my questions!

Not only is Steve an extraordinarily talented plumber, he is phenomenal at full renovations as well. We had 2 full baths completely renovated by Steve and his team. Steve’s communication was fantastic, keeping us updated every step of the way, let us know each and every next step he was taking, and checked in with us to make sure we liked the progress. He and his team were clean and tidy and got both bathrooms done in just under 2 weeks which I thought was amazing timing for 2 full bathroom renovations. I would definitely use Steve for any plumbing needs and any renovation work as well
